Yes, absolutely. The legal process is exactly the same as using a high street solicitor. The only difference is how we deliver the service. Your divorce application is processed through the same courts and you receive the same legal decree (Final Order).

In 99.9% of uncontested cases, you will not need to attend court. The entire process is paper-based (or digital) and handled by the judge remotely. You would only attend if you cannot agree on finances or childcare and require a specific hearing, but our service is designed for amicable agreements.

Since the introduction of "No Fault Divorce", there is a mandatory 20-week reflection period. Generally, an online divorce takes between 6 to 8 months. Divorce Savvy is typically 8-10 weeks faster than high street solicitors because we don't have appointment delays.

We use technology to automate the drafting of standard documents and operate centrally rather than having expensive offices in every town. This allows us to work at volume and pass significant savings directly to you.

A Clean Break Order is a binding court order that cuts all financial ties between you and your ex-spouse. Without it, your ex-spouse could potentially claim against your future assets (like inheritance or lottery wins) even years after the divorce is finalised. It is included in our £699 package.
